The Inner House: Somatic Art Workshops
We can imagine human nature as a great house. full of rooms, thresholds, corridors and foundations – its open and closed doors. the spaces that feel inhabited, joyful, forgotten, protected, or longing for attention.
What qualities live in each room? How can I inhabit and imagine my sacred house within me? Where do we sense spaciousness, shelter, tension, or flow?
„The inner house“ is a somatic art workshop that invites into a gentle journey of inner exploration through the body, movement, imagination, and artistic practice. the workshops involves diffrent parts:
- What you will take with you
✶ an embodied art practice rooted in sensation and intuition
✶ new ways of creating from the body, not the mind
✶ permission to explore art as process rather than result
✶ simple somatic tools from reiki, zen thais shiatsu, somatic movement to support your creative work
✶ deeper trust in your own artistic language
✶ community and joy
✶ to take with you: own drawings & a own sacred house
